Housing Allowance Enough?

Hello - I've got an offer of employment in Abu Dhabi that provides in addition to salary $85,000 US / 312,000 AED for housing. Is this sufficient for a decent 3 or 4 BR Villa ie Al Raha Gardens or similar? I see them listed at 275,000 AED but do not know if that's accurate. Also what will this amount get for a flat in the city? Thank you for any insights.

I think yes you can get a good villa in al raha gardens, i heard that it is 220K, also with this amount you can get a flat inside the city, but I prefer outside to avoid the city crowds.

It is a good amount for home allowance, spically now prices are going down, Raha Gardens range from 200k to 260k,
