Is 9,000 AED enough for a 1 bedroom flat?

My husband has been offered a pakcage with the rental allowance being 9,000 AED per month. The company says this is sufficient for a one bed room apartment, is this true and what type of apartment would it be? Any points of view would be greatly received.

Yes I think it is good for 1 bed room, but are they going to pay it monthly or as a package, most of the good flats requers min of 2 payments per year, you have to confirm it with them.
