Hi - I am considering a job offer in Abu Dhabi and have been offered the following package by my prospective employer, probably has these questions posted many times before but...
Salary 360,000AED
Accommadation 240,000AED
Car 36,000 AED
Travel 12,500 AED
Relocation 60,000AED - one off payment
I have a wife and little boy of 2 year old. Is this a good package to live comfortably, is the accommadation allowance sufficient, i am looking for a 3/4 bedroom townhouse or villa. I have seen Ala Raha gardens looks good price wise, is this area worth considering?
Can you rent/lease a decent car for 36,000 AED per annum?
Also are rentals negotiable?
Any info much appreciated....

Al Raha is a very nice place, new villas, it worth it, you can get 3 br villa for 210k, you can lease or even buy a second hand car with this amount 3k monthly can get you a nice rented ride. keep us updated plz

Hello Everybody,
I just accepted a job offer to relocate to Abu Dhabi and hopefully will be doing that mid-January.
I am looking for all the help i can receive, especially information on studio/appartments for hire within or around Abu Dhabi that i can rent for about AED 50,000 p.a. I also don't mind sharing a two bedroom, 2 bathroom appartment.
Any help to enable me make a smooth relocation and settlement will be very much appreciated.
