Regarding Cost of Living in Abu Dhabi

Hi All the members, i'm new entry @ this Forum.
I got an offer in AbuDhabi, want to know the cheaper accommodation 1/2 BR near HamDan Street.
Apart from that what is cost of living currently in Abudhabi, is it costlier.
accommodation
fooding
water / electric bills
Phone connection / Internet / Cable
Schooling
Home Furnishing Cost ( Utensils / Bed / Sofa / Basic Electric Appliances Fridge / TV / Washing Machine / Mixture Grinder etc.)

It is kinda hard to find
It is kinda hard to find cheap place near by Hamdan unless it is an old building, you can choose a little bit far place so it will be good, cheap and easy to park your car if you got one in the future.
1/2 br cost 120k to 150k new place
Food depends on you but a full trolly from any hypermarket will cost max 1200 AED
Water and bills normally on the rent but anyway it is not costly
Internet 200AED per month
Schooling depend on the school will vary from 10k to 40k per year

Could you suggest a place which should not cost more than 8K DH/month.
Also, the place should be commutable without car, as initially i might not have car.
