Help needed by getting a job in Abu Dhabi

I am looking forward to find a job in Abu Dhabi, but i don´t know how to start. I am a professional in real estate broking and insurance broking. Can anybody help me?

- Where can i search? Are there any serious sites in the www?
- Which facts (living & working) are important to know about Abu Dhabi?
- Do you now any institutions in Abu Dhabi or Germany, who can help me?
- Is it possible to get a job as employee, which is as similar in salary as in Germany?
