Is a job offer of 17,000 per month and housing being provided a good offer for a College professor in Abu Dhabi?

Is there any family, schooling or transportation? for small family I think it is a good offer as long as the accommodation is provided

Yes...

Free Health coverage, Children’s education are also offered. I don't transportation is being offered... From what I understand the apartments are very close the university..

Is that something we should ask about?

It is only going to be the both of us since we don't have any kids..

Do you know what the apartments or villas look like?

They also said that the apartments are unfurnished, does this mean devoid of everything including fridge, stove , dishwasher, air condition
or they at least have fridge, stove ?

What is the college that offering you? Normally unfurnished apartments have nothing, for the AC if it is central AC (most probably) then no worries.
17k for both of you is great, transportation is no matter if the place is near, at least you wont go into parking problems.
