US Citizen, 5 Yrs Exp, How to get a job in UAE?

Hello Everyone,

I have been searching for 1-2 months for a job in UAE, but it seems everyone is asking for 10+ years experience (for oil and gas engineers).

My field is Control Systems and Instrument Engineering.

How can I make an entry to the UAE job market with only 5 years experience?

My advise is just apply for whatever position you interested in regardless years requirement. We opened a job position with 10 years requirement recently but I interviewed 1 guy with 5 years experience last month. Meaning that all applications are considered and we will call you for the interview if we like what we see in your resume.Good Luck!!
