torn between 2 offer

my wife's contract has been renewed for a fixed 2 years. The new offer is about Dh43K all inclusive.
She also received another offer from a different company which has the same renumeration though half is paid in cash while the rest as accommodation and airfare. This 2nd company offers a much stable job and much long term tenure.
Which do you think is much better? Receiving your salary in full amount or half but with company provided accommodation and probably a more stable job?
