Cost of Living for a Couple

Hello Friends!,
I am about to get an job offer of around 15000 AED per month from an sub contracting company. Considering the fact that I am recently married and would like to move in Abu Dhabi with my wife, what would be the approx cost of living for us.
1) 1BHK flat rental :
2) Monthly grocery:
3) Local Transportation:
4) Communication (Moblie / Internet etc).

one BHK will be from 3,000 to 4,000 AED
Grocery 1,000 AED
50 AED
300 AED

So, only 5,000 AED you will spend per month and 10,000 AED take home

I have an offer from the petroleum institute. 16000 basic sal, 135K per annum for accomadation, 600 per month for utilities. I am planning to bring my wife and kid. Can I get a decent 1 BHR apartment and still be able to save? I have a choice to take up 135K as HRA or to take the accomadation provided by them plus 44K for furniture allowance. Which is a better deal? Which is the closest residential area to my workplace?
