Contemplating job offer in Abhu Dhabi

Hi,
Am contemplating a job offer from ABHU DHABI.There is no mention of yearly increment and end of the year gratuity.Is it normal or must I ask it to be included in the contract.Secondly,please let me know about good international school and fees structure.What about universities?Last and not least,initially am looking for a studio for 6 months,family will join me later whereby I shall be requiring a 2 bedroom appartment.Please advise me price range for accomodation near abhu dhabi airport.Thanks a lot.

Yearly increment may be upon the performance just ask them about it, but the end of year gratuity is a must even if it's not mentioned as it is a part of the labor law so do not worry about it.
Schools fees structure, thats hard one as it vary according to many things.

Ya as Bigboss said, even if they didn't mention the gratuity when ever u leave the company u will get it,
for the accommodation, a studio for six month will cost you like 3k-4k a month , 2 bedroom will be little bit expensive 70k to 100k maybe more, last time i were looking for a place that was the prices, hope it did not raise.

Aryan, no worries about the gratuity as it is included in the labor law and it is apply in all the companies, the increment issue it is different upon the company policy, i advice you to double check with the HR. Let us know what will happen

Regarding the lessors you can just check the newspaper Gulf news for example and you can find many offers there, then you will get to know many lessors. it is the best way to find a place..
