How long does it take to get Security clearance. I have submitted police clearance and medical clearance to the company and still waiting for security clearance.

What do they check?

Medical will be quick however security can take time.. 2 to 5 weeks! Its a very long process so you just need to be patient.

They will do a background check of you in the Gulf region.

I am in the same situation and the company is a government company but still no faster!

My CNIA security check has been rejected. Even I have no criminal record anywhere in world. I visited only UAE out of my country I am sunni muslim and having no outstanding in my country or UAE. Since last 3 years I am doing job in UAE. I have no trafic fine since last two years driving history in UAE and 10 years in home town.

THEN WHY THEY REJECTED MY CASE??????
I was doing job in leading petroleum group and they terminated while saying your CNIA check has been rejected.

Please let me know, do they check outstanding loans and debt withing GCC or also in your own country, for example, I belong to India, will they check from India as well.

I don't think they would do that, as in your case you have outstanding, but did the bank reported you to your country police?

No, they didn't, in fact they cannot, in my country they don't have anything in their hands, no blank checks, they cannot go even legal. But still I am in process to sort it out, it will take a week, but who know I been verified before that, but you are sure they will not check credits in my country.

Security Clearence

I shifted my job from emaar to Rak and the company applied for my visa and they said it has been rejected by the security and no one is telling what is the next step.

I dont have a criminal record nor any problem and have previous 4 dubai visas stamped on my passport

can any one help me out what should i do????

Security Clearance time frame for ADNOC

Hi All,

I conduct an interview in UAE (Dated:09/05/12) member of ADNOC group of comp. sallected and at the same time I got offer letter, may I know is there any time frame for security clearance, Now a days I am in my home "Pakistan" and I have one more job offer from KSA, my KSA emp. is pushing me to join but I want to move UAE, If every thing goes smooth after how long I will get the security clearance and visa copy.

Dear Muzumal,
Congratulations on your selection.

After you have accepted the offer, the HR should contact you, telling you to get the medicals and degree attestation done. At the same time, they would ask you to provide all other relevant documents for the security clearance. Once you provide these documents along with the attested degrees, SC can take anywhere between 1 - 3 months. Followed by another 15 - 20 days for work visa.

I have also been selected for ADMA and have accepted their offer on 09th May 2012. However, I am still waiting for them to ask me for all the documents.

Have you completed your medical examination yet?
