Hello,

My friend has got a job in abu dhabi RAK bank.

He has been offered a pay scale of 5500 Dhirams.

He is a bachelor and 22 years old.

Is this a good salary.

Please advise me regarding the cost of living and the job also.

What are the visa requirements??

5500 is good as a start, he may face some problems regarding the accommodation but he can get good shared room, as we always says it depends on the person life style, regarding the visa, the bank will arrange it normally so they will ask for the required paper

Hi Would like to seek advice on job offer.

Have been offered a project manager job with a consultancy
at 15,000 aed. livng allowance about 8500 aed. medical and 1 mth leave.
Accomodations provided.

As my wife takes care of 1 very young kid ( 1 year plus ) at home, the employer is
offering me an option, in lieu of living allowance, the option
to fly back after every 2 or 3 weeks over the weekend. medical still same but leave amended to 1 mth+ 18 days leave. Round trip flight cost about 4000 aed.

I am currently 34 years old and am inclined to take the option to fly back in order not to miss out on my kid's growing up too much.

Do hope the job will give me a good cv but my worry is on the food and utility expenses.

Wld appreciate your advice whether I can accept the deal and still manage to save some money.

Just accept it, I think it is a great offer if you gonna stay here alone and your accommodation is provided so the rest no worries 5k will give you a good life style, but why don't you consider bringing you wife and kid here?

Living cost

I get a Electrical Supervisor job offer from Abu dhabi, the Company offering 5500AED/net monthly salary and AED40000/year living allowence. Its a good salary? in Abu dhabi too costly place?, how much AED single room rent? Please advise me regarding the cost of living and the job also.
