30k

30k for Dubai these days I think a good offer, most of the companies they are reducing the salaries or the staff count. 1 bed room may cost you around 100k or more unfurnished. grocery around 1500 depends on you. New car average one will be around 50k or monthly 1200 AED, petrol not more than 500. Normally the expenses all depends on your life style, how you will spend your weekends where you will eat or shop... many factors..

I think you should negotiate the housing allowance, it is very expensive in Dubai, though they are saying pricing is going down after the global crises, 1500 will be enough for car loan, other expenses will depend on you, as bigboss said your life style.
