3rd Abu Dhabi Airport terminal to open soon

A third terminal at Abu Dhabi International Airport that will be exclusively used by national carrier Etihad is set to open in a few months, reported Gulf News, citing a spokesman for Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC). The new terminal will boost the airport's passenger handling capacity by 70%. The UAE capital is expanding its airport capacity at a cost of $6.8bn as part of its efforts to become a major tourist hub.
