Hello guys
I would like to know a few details about the ban in uae. Does it still previals and is the ban for employment or for entry in to the nation.
what will happen if a guy doesnt comes back to uae after his vacations , or may be the guy doesnt wants to work. Will the company ban the guy??? is it a offense???

Now if you resign, you will be get 6 month ban from the labour, but still you can get in UAE by visit visa,

When you exit uae airport without informing the employer, will the PRO of the employer get the message when we exit. and how many year ban would is applicable.

Thx for the info, could you tell me if the PRO gets the message can he stop the employee from flying out of uae.i mean can he stop the guy flying out.
